T-shirt

The fabric is made of 26s double-yarn combed cotton compact spinning yarn with a gram weight of 280g, and is matched with 32s pure cotton 1*1 horizontal machine woven ribbing. The surface of the fabric is made of 24-tube brushing process, which makes the surface fluffy and creates a soft and fluffy effect of cotton. The fabric is further washed with a general washing process to make the fabric fluffy. The large triangle label on the front pocket is made of 32s twill pure cotton yarn cloth, and the small triangle label is made of 40s plain cotton cloth. The two triangles are all cut with reference to the original size, and the punching machine is integrated with the punching to form. The triangle position is manually pointed and the flat car is overlapped and pasted on the cut piece in sequence. A full set of auxiliary materials are provided to make custom-made washing labels.
