The imported paste printing utilizes an environmentally friendly water-based paste, using a thin-plate process to achieve pattern reproduction. This results in high color fastness and a soft feel, making it ideal for creating high-precision, gradient-like antique patterns. The paste printing offers enhanced breathability and a non-sticky feel, making it ideal for repeated washing and fading in distressed prints. Hand-cut, aligned holes create a rugged feel with roughened edges. The overall wash and distressing creates a slightly faded pattern that blends seamlessly with the base fabric. Targeted sanding or sandblasting is applied to the holes to enhance the sense of wear and tear.
